ZF-7A型手提式紫外分析儀
 

一、用途：
  ZF-7A型手提式紫外燈是我公司*新研制開發(fā)紫外儀器系列產(chǎn)品之一，它采用了進口元配件和高強度紫外燈管，具有體積小、重量輕、紫外強度高、使用方便等優(yōu)點，由于采用了目前國際上已廣泛使用的365nm、254nm波長紫外線，因而靈敏度高，對樣品的破壞性作用小。其紫外強度達到進口同類產(chǎn)品水平，是PCR技術(shù)（基因擴增技術(shù)）必備儀器之一，廣泛應(yīng)用于分子遺傳學(xué)、分子生物學(xué)、生物化學(xué)、醫(yī)學(xué)檢查、生物制品等各個領(lǐng)域。

  電源：220V50Hz        紫外線波長：365nm、254nm
  功率：16W              紫外濾色片尺寸：150×50mm
   雙開關(guān)、兩根燈管、紫外線波長365nm、254nm；

三、操作使用注意事項：
   紫外濾色片不能和金屬物體磁擦、不能受力、表面應(yīng)保持干燥清潔，每次使用完畢要用干凈紗布擦凈；
操作人員使用時，應(yīng)將紫外線以準(zhǔn)樣品照射，并避免紫外線照射到人體。
